At The Training Lab we offer 1 on 1 sport performance training. We concentrate on the needs of each individual athlete to improve strength, speed, agility, reaction time, and injury resistance. Our goal is to create well rounded resilient athletes.

MAKS is a nonprofit dedicated to providing personal care and comfort items to foster children in NWI. Their mission is to make sure kids have what they need after being removed from their homes—during one of the toughest moments in their lives. MAKS currently accepts monetary donations and need-based item donations. Reach out to see how your team can help make other kids smile!
Dressed for School is a nonprofit that provides new clothing and shoes at no cost to Porter County students from financially insecure or in-crisis families in a supportive, store-like environment. They currently welcome monetary donations, Kohl’s Cash or Nordstrom Notes, clothing drives, and volunteers who want to give their time.
