Websites That Help You Find Restaurant Fundraisers

These websites make it easier to find restaurants and local businesses that offer give-back fundraisers. You can search nearby options, compare programs, and submit requests without contacting every location yourself.

Just remember that participation varies by location. If you don’t see your local restaurant listed on one of these platforms, that doesn’t necessarily mean it doesn’t offer a give-back event. When in doubt, ask the local manager or business owner directly.

Kathy's Tips For Hosting Successful Give Back Events

Give-back fundraisers can be a really easy way for schools, teams, booster clubs, PTOs, and nonprofits to raise money. Supporters shop, eat, or take part during a set time, and the business gives a percentage of the qualifying sales back to your group. There is usually no product to handle and little to no upfront cost.

Don’t overlook local businesses either. A local restaurant, coffee shop, car wash, boutique, or entertainment venue may be more flexible than a large chain. They may offer a better percentage, include online orders, extend the event, or help you create something that feels more like a true community night.

A few ways to raise more:

  • Ask if online orders, takeout, gift cards, or purchases made with a special code can count.
  • Ask if you can place donation jars or QR codes near the registers.
  • Promote the event early and make the instructions clear.
  • Ask families to invite friends, relatives, coworkers, and neighbors.
  • Make sure your group is there in person.

If you’re a band, bring the drumline.

If you’re a choir, sing for the guests.

If you’re a football team, have the players show up in their jerseys.

Athletes can greet people at the door. Students can help serve, bus tables, bag orders, or thank supporters.

The key is to be present in the community. Let people see who they’re supporting.

That little extra effort can turn a basic give-back night into a real event and help your group raise more.

Want More Visibility for Your Business?

Basic directory listings are always free, but not every business or program is automatically included. I choose resources based on audience fit, usefulness, and relevance to sports families, teams, schools, and youth organizations.

If your business is a good fit and you’d like additional visibility, I also offer featured listings, advertising, and partnership options based on your goals and budget.
