I love that SponsorPlace helps programs move beyond simply asking businesses for money and instead creates real sponsorship opportunities that benefit both the organization and the business. The platform makes sponsorships look more professional, keeps everything organized, and gives teams access to experts who can help along the way.

If you’re serious about building a sponsorship program, this is one of the best tools I’ve found.

BoosterHub is worth looking at if your booster club needs more than a simple sponsorship form. I like that groups can sell sponsorship packages through the same online store they use for dues, merchandise, donations, and tickets while also keeping communications, volunteers, contacts, and accounting together.

This platform probably makes the most sense for an established booster club that wants to replace several different tools with one system. I’d compare the annual cost with what your club is already paying for before deciding.

And even if BoosterHub isn’t the right fit for your club, make sure you check out their sponsorship resources. They share a lot of practical information that can still help you build a stronger program.

Givebutter packs a lot of useful fundraising tools into one platform, and I like that it can work for more than just registered nonprofits. Schools, sports teams, community groups, and other organizations may be able to use it too.

The biggest draw is its current 0% platform-fee model when optional donor tips are enabled. It also goes well beyond collecting basic donations, with peer-to-peer fundraising, event ticketing, auctions, raffles, donor management, and marketing tools built in. And it is fairly user-friendly!

Just make sure donors understand that the optional tip shown at checkout supports Givebutter, not your organization. The tip can be adjusted or removed. If the organization turns off optional tips, Givebutter currently charges a 3% platform fee plus payment-processing fees.
